To get personal examples from other people, consider starting a blog where you answer questions, participating in an online forum on your topic, or asking friends and family to help you by trying out your strategies and sharing their results. Most of the time, people are happy to be interviewed and to contribute quotes and ideas for your book! Getting feedback from other people is a key part of the writing process, especially for a nonfiction book. There are lots of different ways to find and work with early manuscript readers, often called beta readers. These folks would probably be delighted to read your manuscript and critique it. Ask your beta readers to read your book thoroughly and to spend some time thinking about it.
